Prior to starting my degree, I studied Geography, Engineering and Business A-Levels at Downham Market Academy Sixth Form. Before beginning my degree, I knew I wanted to be a Technical Co-ordinator.
The reason as to why I chose to study at UcWA, was because it was recommended through work, this was also the local option to study.
Throughout my studies I generally enjoyed science and materials, as well as the CAS modules.
My memories at UcWA are working together with my classmates, sharing our industry experiences together as well as supporting one another to complete the modules.
Studying the course has really benefitted me, gaining more knowledge within the construction industry. It has helped me to understand my colleagues work and strengthened my overall knowledge.
I am currently now working for Lovells as an Assistant Technical Co-ordinator. I’m also now studying a HND at City College Norwich.
I came into studying my HNC with little previous experience and knowledge. However, today I am graduating and moving onto the next step within my education and career.
